Referred By Your Dentist?
If your general dentist has referred you to us, they have provided our office with your pre-diagnosis and past dental records. Additional x-rays may be necessary depending on what radiographic records your general dentist has available. After receiving your referral, one of our team members will contact you to schedule a mutually convenient time for your consultation and direct you to any paperwork that may be needed prior to being seen in our office.
Our office team will review any dental benefits you may have, explain treatment charges, and explain your financial responsibility.
