Insurance and Billing

To help maintain a good relationship with our patients, this office has adopted a financial policy.

• All payment arrangements must be made in advance.
• Day-of-treatment balances must be paid.
• We accept Visa and MasterCard.
• We accept most traditional insurance plans and are happy to file your insurance claim as a courtesy to you.  You may contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.
• Please note that your insurance contract exists solely between you and your insurance carrier.  We have very knowledgeable staff with the coordination of insurance benefits to assist you with estimating the cost of your co-payment at the time of service.
• We are affiliated with other financial institutions that can provide payment plans.   These include:
